This book made me cry! But in a good way--this story just took me so smoothly through Clementine's week that I didn't realize how emotionally involved I was until I reached the climax. I thought the choice to narrate with first person was interesting, and really effective in this case. Perhaps this is part of what distinguishes this story from the pack of books that live in Ramona's legacy.
